Nothing says fall like a creamy cup of hot "chocolate"!

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup wate

1 tablesp maple syrup
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla powder or alcohol free vanilla extract
2 teaspoons coconut oil
2 teaspoons gelatin

21⁄2 cups coconut milk
1/4 cup unsulfured blackstrap molasses
2 scoops collagen powder
1/4 cup
carob powder
Preparation
Option 1
In a saucepan, add all the ingredients except the coconut oil and gelatin. Let the mixture come to a simmer and then stir using a spoon while continuing to heat on low to mix the carob completely.
Turn heat off and discard the cinnamon stick.
Add the coconut oil and the gelatin and blend the mixture using a blender.
Transfer to a mug and serve warm.
Option 2
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil on medium high heat. Continuously whisk for 4 minutes so clumps do not form.
Transfer to a mug and serve warm.
Coconut Whipped Cream
1 cup coconut cream
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
Blend all ingredients using a stand or hand mixer until the whipped cream forms. Use immediately on top of your hot "chocolate."
