  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 cup wate

  • One 3 to i

  • cinnamon stick, optional

  • 2 tablesparob powder

  • 1 tablesp maple syrup

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla powder or alcohol free vanilla extract

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

  • 2 teaspoons gelatin

  • 21⁄2 cups coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup unsulfured blackstrap molasses

  • 2 scoops collagen powder

  • 1/4 cup

  • carob powder

Preparation

Option 1


  • In a saucepan, add all the ingredients except the coconut oil and gelatin. Let the mixture come to a simmer and then stir using a spoon while continuing to heat on low to mix the carob completely.

  • Turn heat off and discard the cinnamon stick.

  • Add the coconut oil and the gelatin and blend the mixture using a blender.

  • Transfer to a mug and serve warm.


Option 2


Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil on medium high heat. Continuously whisk for 4 minutes so clumps do not form.


Transfer to a mug and serve warm.


Coconut Whipped Cream


  • 1 cup coconut cream

  • 1⁄4 cup maple syrup

  • Blend all ingredients using a stand or hand mixer until the whipped cream forms. Use immediately on top of your hot "chocolate."
