These are not only low carb to keep that blood sugar steady, they are also gluten free, dairy free and packed with goodness from the lupin and flaxseed.

Ingredients
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup lupin flour
2 tbs tapioca flour
2 tbs psyllium husk
2 tbs linseed/flaxseeds
1 tbs backing powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil
3 egg whites (flax egg for vegan)
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix your dry ingredients together.
Step 2
Add in your wet ingredients except the water.
Step 3
Slowly mix in warm water until a wet consistency. Leave to sit for 5 min.
Step 4
Portion onto baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 5
Cover with seeds (optional). Bake in preheated oven 320 Degrees Fahrenheit for 20 min until nice and brown.
