Anyone else obsessed with @mingleseasoning ? 🙋🏼♀️ using the Greek garlic seasoning to make crispy air fryer tofu, over a bed of herby spiced yoghurt.
This bowl is SO GOOD 🔥 and happens to be low carb, plant based, gluten and dairy free and anti-inflammatory. Looks naughty but is very nice 😊

Ingredients
Herby Spiced Yoghurt (you will want this with everything)
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Simply mix, taste and season further if needed!
For the tofu: drizzle your tofu with a little avocado/olive oil and the Greek garlic spice mix, roast til crispy.
