Crispy Brussels sprouts are roasted to perfection, with a golden-brown, caramelized exterior and tender inside. A savory, crunchy side dish that’s both healthy and irresistible!

  • 1lb. Brussels sprouts, ends trimmedand cut in half lengthwise

  • 1 tablespoons avocado oil

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • teaspoon sea salt, or more to taste teaspoon Italian seasoning or AIP Paleo Powder

  • 2-3 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and oil. Stir to combine.

  • Add the garlic powder, sea salt, Italian seasoning or AIP Paleo Powder, and nutritional yeast, if using. Stir to combine.

  • Place in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 370°F for 12-15 minutes; shake the basket a couple of times while cooking.

  • When the tips are starting to brown, remove from the air fryer and serve while hot.
