Crispy golden spiced cauliflower on a bed of zesty herby tahini sauce 🌟
This gorgeous plate is packed with flavour! And the creaminess from the tahini sauce is heaven. Pair this with your favourite protein and any greens. Or also great with even more roast veg and have as a main (zucchini, brussel sprouts, broccoli, beetroot would all work well).
Low GI to keep your blood sugar happy, loaded with vitamins and minerals, vegan friendly, DF and GF friendly - this one is a crowd pleaser 🥰

Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 whole cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tsp each of turmeric, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Olive oil/avocado oil
Tahini sauce:
1/3 cup tahini
1-2 clove garlic, minced
Juice of whole lemon
2 Tbs chopped parsley
2 Tbs chopped dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Water to thin
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200 C. Toss your cauliflower with the spices, then drizzle with oil and roast in pan lined with baking paper until lovely and golden (approx 30 minutes - 45 minutes). You will need to turn/toss them about half way for maximum crispness throughout!
2. Mix your tahini sauce ingredients in a bowl. Thin with water to desired thickness. Taste and season generously.
3. Serve with extra fresh herbs and fresh lemon.
