Do you love bagels but not the sugar spikes that come with it? WELL here are best low carb bagels ✨🥯

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:


  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup lupin flour

  • 2 Tbs tapioca flour

  • 2 Tbs linseeds

  • 2 Tbs psyllium husk

  • 1 Tbs baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt


Wet ingredients:


  • 2 Tbs olive oil

  • 3/4 cup warm water

  • 3 egg whites (or 2 flax eggs for vegan)

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar


Preparation

Topping:


Everything bagel seasoning 🧂


1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F).


2. Mix your dry ingredients together.


3. Make a well in Center and add all wet ingredients and whisk together. Leave for 10 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb the moisture.


4. Divide into 4 portions and place in bun shape on baking paper lined tray. Using end of a wooden spoon make a hole through the middle of each one.


5. Sprinkle over bagel seasoning, then bake for 25 minutes until golden. Your kitchen will smell so good!
