Totally vegan, gluten, dairy, anti-inflammatory friendly! Salty, smoky and crunchy this will stay on your regular rotation.

Firm tofu (or tempeh), thinly sliced in bacon sized pieces
2 tbs tamari (or soy sauce if you are fine with gluten)
1 tbs maple
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Simply mix the marinade together, cover your sliced tofu and refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes but the longer the better. Pan fry, air fry or oven bake!
