Tahini sauce is a simple blend of:
1/4 cup tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbs olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Seasoned and water added to thin

Step 1
blend all ingredients together
Step 2
Roast some spiced cauliflower until crispy and serve on top of saffron celeriac purée with a smokey tahini sauce
