Preparation

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Combine in Blender:
Add the cooled green tea, almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, banana, and any additional optional ingredients (spinach/kale or ice) to a blender.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
