About the Recipe
I recommend using these ratios and making a bigger batch and keeping in a jar so you don’t have to mix it up each time.
This recipe is unsweetened so add any kind of sweetener you like (if any).

1 cup milk of choice (I use almond)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cardamom
Small pinch ground black pepper
1 tsp coconut oil or ghee (optional)
Any sweetener to taste (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Simply mix in a little pan on low and warm for a few minutes (do not boil).
